Professional and personal goal setting is often a difficult task to accomplish. In this talk, I will provide some ideas on how to perform goal setting over time and within the proper context, along with a number of life lessons (and classic “quotes” from others). Much of the material will be drawn from my experiences over years of serving as an American soldier in the U.S. Army. I will share some personal insights (and possible solutions for others) to continuous professional and personal development.
