Esri brought its location analytics team and an array of speakers to Los Angeles for a one-day workshop in late October. GIST student Patricia Jula was there to take advantage of the opportunity. Jula is a GIS analyst at the City of Los Angeles Department of Building and Safety and, along with her colleague Prakash Singh, got the opportunity to meet the keynote speaker (and Esri President), Jack Dangermond, in addition to the program.
